This interactive workshop, offered by Crossing Borders Global in collaboration
with Purdue University, develops vital professional skills. In dedicating just a short
amount of time to this program, you’ll experience surprising growth and new perspectives.
Unlike traditional online courses, this program is designed for real connection. It fosters deep
engagement, using interactive media and live dialogue sessions to spark transformative
conversations.
THE INVITATION
Join us for this three-session workshop, designed to strengthen key character traits and essential
teamwork skills. You and your team will learn how to communicate with clarity, cultivate
awareness of self and others, and collaborate with creativity and purpose.

DIALOGUE PROCESS
At the heart of this program are three live sessions, where you’ll connect in a workshop group
of 12 participants. Within this group, you’ll engage in small, intimate dialogues with 3-4
peers, creating a safe space to experience depth, vulnerability, and courage—the foundations
of empathetic dialogue across differences.
